Signal Recovery on Graphs

چکیده
We consider the problem of signal recovery on graphs as graphs model data with complex structure as signals on a graph. Graph signal recovery implies recovery of one or multiple smooth graph signals from noisy, corrupted, or incomplete measurements. We propose a graph signal model and formulate signal recovery as a corresponding optimization problem. We provide a general solution by using the alternating direction methods of multipliers. We next show how signal inpainting, matrix completion, robust principal component analysis, and anomaly detection all relate to graph signal recovery, and provide corresponding specific solutions and theoretical analysis. Finally, we validate the proposed methods on real-world recovery problems, including online blog classification, bridge condition identification, temperature estimation, recommender system, and expert opinion combination of online blog classification.

The effect of inversion times on the minimum signal intensity of the contrast agent concentration using inversion recovery t1-weighted fast imaging sequence
Background :Inversion recovery (IR) pulse sequences can generate T1-weighted images with a different range of inversion time (TI) to suppress or null the signal intensity (SI) for a specified tissue. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of TI values on the concentration of the contrast agent, which leads to a minimum signal intensity, using an inversion recovery T1-weighted 3-dim...
متن کاملEfficient Compressed Sensing using Lossless Expander Graphs with Fast Bilateral Quantum Recovery Algorithm
Compressed Sensing is a novel approach to bypass the Nyquist sampling limits whenever the signals are sparse, and to compress them simultaneously. In this paper, improving our previous results, we will propose a compressed sensing algorithm based on the high-quality lossless unbalanced vertex expander graphs, with a fast and simple quantum decoding algorithm. Exploiting the unique neighborhood ...
متن کاملEfficient and Robust Compressed Sensing using High-Quality Expander Graphs
Expander graphs have been recently proposed to construct efficient compressed sensing algorithms. In particular, it has been shown that any n-dimensional vector that is ksparse (with k n) can be fully recovered using O(k log n k ) measurements and only O(k log n) simple recovery iterations. In this paper we improve upon this result by considering expander graphs with expansion coefficient beyon...

Background: Ultrasmallsuperparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO) nanoparticles are used as blood pool contrast agent for magnetic resonance angiography and perfusion imaging. Our aim in this study was to investigate the effect of the two coating types of iron oxide nanoparticles on the relationship between nanoparticles concentration and signal intensity (SI) in T1-weighted MR images. Methods : D...

Structural health monitoring (SHM) systems operate online and test different materials using ultrasonic guided waves and piezoelectric smart materials. These systems are permanently installed on the structures and display information on the monitor screen. The user informs the engineers of the existing damage after observing signal loss which appears after damage is caused. In this paper health...
